We’ve welcomed many new individuals to our team over the years and today we’re proud to announce three new members of the Hippo family!
Over in sunny California at our U.S branch we welcome Tim Riley, our new East Coast Sales Manager, a British guy living in Atlanta, GA.
Tim started in the video industry in the year 2000 renting out mobile LED screens for a Belgian company before moving to PSL and then on to XL Video where he worked for 9 years selling and project managing video solutions and services to large clients such as Jack Morton Worldwide, Samsung and CocaCola.
His specialist technical subjects are LED and projection and of course, a fairly good understanding of media servers and pixel tossing. In his downtime Tim enjoys cycling and watching motor sports. Also, he likes to cook as he loves good, fresh food.
Green-Hippo is an exciting opportunity for me to use my technical and industry knowledge.

We also have Jenny Rodriguez, from Anaheim, CA, as our new administrative assistant! She handles all the nitty gritty admin tasks for the US office such as bookkeeping, orders, etc.
Going straight from high school to the work force 10 years ago, she eventually worked her way up the administrative field. She sought a company where she would feel appreciated and looked forward to going to every day, and that is what Green Hippo has provided her with!
Coming into the AV Industry was an exciting move for me. I joined Green Hippo just as it was establishing itself as a US company and in the 4 months I have been here I’ve seen some amazing projects as well as attended my first LDI show in Vegas! I’m really proud to be working for one of the leading players in this field!

Over in London, our U.K Headquarters welcomes Jojo Chia, our newest graphics design/marketing intern into the fray! She recently graduated with a BA in Creative Writing from Brunel University and is dipping her toes into the AV industry with us.
Before university she took a 3-year diploma course in Digital Media, working frequently with Adobe and Video-editing software. She taught herself Photoshop when she was 13 and loves the practice of art expression, be it through words, photos, or film. She joined Green Hippo right in the middle of tradeshow period, PLASA and LDI, getting involved and gaining a lot from the experience.

Even though I’m an intern I am made to feel involved and I have daily tasks to accomplish.
